0. Kickstarter Orders and Refunds

Purchases made through our active Kickstarter campaign are subject to the rules and terms set by Kickstarter. Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks may not be permitted once your pledge has been submitted. Please review Kickstarter’s Terms of Use for details. RunSafePro does not directly process refunds for pledges made via Kickstarter.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

We offer a full refund for returned items that meet these criteria. Please note:

  • Shipping fees and other non-refundable charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

To initiate a return, email us at support@runsafepro.com with your full name, order number, and the reason for your return.

2. Return Instructions

Once your return is accepted:

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery

  • RunSafePro is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

We may ask for photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide the best resolution, whether a refund or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Special orders

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want? Return the original item first. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in original, unused condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear
